Goodyear Blimp Adventure

You are about to join a very elite club of aerial travelers! Goodyear has been experimenting with lighter than aircraft since as early as 1910. Starting with Pilgrim in 1925, the Goodyear Blimps have served as a public relations vehicle to drive brand awareness for the company and delight fans in communities across the country. Today, the Goodyear Blimp remains as one of the most lasting and iconic corporate brand assets in the world. Surrounding its busy travel and events schedule each year, very few passengers get an opportunity to fly on the Goodyear Blimp. There are currently fewer blimp pilots in the world than astronauts, and Goodyear currently has 10 full-time pilots. Becoming a Goodyear Blimp pilot requires a commercial pilot license and approximately 250 hours of training.
